In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), I have to inform
you that the Company was advised on 13 February 2008 by UBS Wealth Management
that on 1 February 2008,  Mr John Buchanan, a non-executive director of the
Company, acquired 2,721 shares of US$0.11 3/7 each in the Company, through his
participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, for which each share
was valued at 178.74p
