Company was advised today that on 29 September 2006 Mrs Mair Elizabeth Harper, a
connected person of Alan Harper, a person discharging managerial responsibility,
acquired an interest in 148,750 shares of US$0.11 3/7 each in the Company for
nil consideration by way of gift.
