In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), I have to inform
you that the Company has been advised that since the Company's announcements on
17 and 24 May 2007 relating to his appointment as a non-Executive Director of
the Company with effect from 1 July 2007, Simon Murray has acquired an interest
in 157,500 ordinary shares of US$0.11 3/7 each in the Company and accordingly,
on appointment as a Non-Executive Director, had an interest in 157,500 shares in
the Company.
