In accordance with Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985 and Disclosure Rule
3.1.4R(1), I have to inform you that the Company was advised on 3 April 2006 by
UBS Wealth Management that on 3 February 2006, Mr J Buchanan, a non-executive
director of the Company, acquired 3,806 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each at a
price of 125.3053p per share, through his participation in the Company's
Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
