DIRECTOR DECLARATION

Vodafone Group Plc ('the Company')

Following the announcement, on 17 May 2007, of the appointment of Simon Murray
as a Non-Executive Director of Vodafone with effect from 1 July 2007, the
following information is given in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 of the
Listing Rules:-

Simon Murray has not held a directorship in any publicly quoted company in the
past five years.

There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the
Listing Rules.

The Company has been advised that Simon Murray has no beneficial interest in the
shares of the Company.
