Additional Listing

Vodafone Group Plc

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of
1,393,136 Ordinary shares of US$0.11 3/7 each in Vodafone Group Plc ('the
Company') to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares
to be admitted to trading. These shares are being reserved under a block listing
and will be issued as a result of the exercise of rollover share options,
pursuant to the following schemes:

Project Telecom plc Approved Share Option Scheme            323,637
Project Telecom plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme        1,069,499



When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
