Visum Technologies Plc ("the Company"), a video technology firm specializing in the worldwide leisure sector, announces it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 10:00am (London Time) on 28 December 2023 at the 72 Charlotte Street, London W1T 4QQ.
Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy, has been posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will also be available on the Company's website.
