DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES

Notification was received today from Credit Suisse Asset ManagementLtd ('Credit
Suisse')informing the Company that following the sale of 640,500 shares on 28
April 2003, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (UK) Ltd ('Sun Life') have an
interest in 3,268,585 shares representing 2.80 per cent of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.

Credit Suisse made the disclosure on behalf of Sun Life to whom they act as
discretionary investment manager.
