Bovis Homes Group Plc ('the Company')

NOTIFICATION OF SHAREHOLDING

The Company received notification today that Schroder Investment Management
Limited ('SIML') no longer have a notifiable interest in the Ordinary shares
of 50p each of the Company.

This notification is made in respect of SIML's interest as investment managers
and also on behalf of:-

(a) Schroder Unit Trusts Limited, SIML's wholly-owned subsidiary;

(b) Schroder Investment Management North America Limited, another wholly-owned
subsidiary;

(c) Schroder Investment Management North America Inc. and Schroder Hermes,
SIML's affiliated companies; and

(d) Schroders plc, SIML's holding company.
