Bovis Homes Group plc ('the Company')

DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST

The Company received notification today that
following the recent merger of CGU plc and
Norwich Union plc, CGNU plc and certain of its
subsidiaries has a notifiable interest in
8,686,675 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the
Company.

This represents 7.7 per cent of the Company's
shares in issue.
