BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Directors of Vistry Group PLC ("Vistry" or the "Group") have agreed that subject to completion of the proposed combination of Vistry Group PLC and Countryside Partnerships PLC, the following changes to the Board of Directors will be effective from 11 November 2022.

Graham Prothero will step down as Chief Operating Officer of Vistry and as a Board Director of the Group.  As announced on the 27 April 2022, Graham has resigned to take up the position of CEO of MJ Gleeson PLC.  Graham will remain working with the Group until 31 December 2022, focused on the effective transition of his responsibilities. 

Earl Sibley, currently Chief Financial Officer of Vistry, will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer of Vistry and will remain a Board Director.

Tim Lawlor will join Vistry as Chief Financial Officer and will join the Board of Directors, Tim is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Countryside Partnerships PLC.
