The Company was yesterday notified that Bovis Homes Group Employee Trust, a
discretionary trust, registered in the name of Towers Perrin Share Plan Services
(Guernsey) Limited, transferred a total of 44,217 Ordinary Shares under the
terms of the Bovis Homes Group Long Term Incentive Plan on 6 April 2004,
following the exercise of options by four employees.



The Executive Directors of Bovis Homes Group PLC are potential beneficiaries
under the Trust ('the Trust') and are deemed to be interested in those shares
and the dealings thereof for the purposes of Section 324 of the Companies Act
1985.
