Appointment of New Non-Executive Director

The Board of Bovis Homes Group PLC is pleased to announce that Ralph Findlay will be appointed a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 7 April 2015.  Ralph will also be a member of the Nomination Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee and will chair the Audit Committee from the conclusion of the 2015 AGM.

Ralph Findlay is Chief Executive Officer of Marston's PLC, a leading UK brewer and pub operator with a market capitalisation of approximately £850 million and turnover in 2014 of around £800 million.  Ralph has a strong commercial, financial and general management background, with over twenty years' experience in a consumer facing industry.

Ian Tyler, non-executive Chairman, who led the recruitment process, said:

There is no information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R in respect of Ralph Findlay.  As at the date of this announcement, Ralph has no beneficial interests in the ordinary shares of the Company.
