Bovis Homes Group plc

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 200,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be issued and allotted under the Bovis Homes Group PLC 2007 Share Option Plan.

The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of Bovis Homes Group plc.
