VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Ltd ('VOF', the 'Company') announces it has today received notification from Lazard Asset Management LLC that in aggregate, its funds hold 19,356,720 ordinary shares, equivalent to 8.1 percent of the voting rights in the Company, as at 2 July 2014.
