VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (the 'Company') today announces that on 13 June 2011, Horst F. Geicke, a Director of the Company, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ('ordinary shares') at an average price of $1.5625 per ordinary share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Geicke has a direct interest of 1,275,000 ordinary shares in the Company and an indirect interest of 235,342 ordinary shares, representing a combined 0.465 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
