VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited(the "Company") today announces that on 13 April 2012, Mr. Martin Glynn,  a Director of the Company, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USD$1.555 per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Glynn has a direct interest of 60,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing a 0.019 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
