The Company today announces that further to the special resolution passed at its EGM held on 21 October 2008, the Company's name has changed from Vietnam Opportunity Fund to VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited with immediate effect.

The Company's ticker code will remain as VOF.
