Repurchase and Cancellation of Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 11 October 2011 it purchased for cancellation 56,500 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$ 0.67 per share.

Following the above purchase and subsequent cancellation of Ordinary Shares, VNH has 55,850,362 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights, in issue.
