Result of the Adjourned Warrantholder Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")

The Result of the Warrantholder EGM

Following the announcement on 14 November 2012, the Directors of the Company are delighted to announce that the adjourned EGM of VNH's Warrantholder's was held today at the 2nd floor, Zephyr House, 122 Mary Street, George Town, PO Box 709, Grand Cayman, KY1-1107 at 10.00am. A quorum of Warrantholders was present and the resolution put to the Warrantholders was passed.

New Warrant Exercise Dates

Both Shareholders and Warrantholders have now given their approval to the proposed additional exercise dates for VNH's Warrants. The warrant instrument will now be changed such that the exercise dates available to Warrantholders will be 13 December 2012, 25 April 2013 and the final exercise date will be 25 September 2013.

Apart from the inclusion of the additional exercise dates and the necessary consequential changes, no other amendments will be made to the warrant instrument. In particular, shareholders and warrantholders should note that the exercise price of US$1.196 will remain unchanged
