VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) announces that all resolutions put to its shareholders at today's 2012 Annual General Meeting were passed. These involved approval of the annual accounts, re-election of the Board of Directors, appointment of the Company's auditors, continuation of the share buy-back program as well as the approval of a revised investment policy.
