VietNam Holding Limited ('the Company')

VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) announces that as at close of business on 31
October 2007, its unaudited net asset value per share was US$ 2.487.  This
represents a 9.41% increase in net asset value over the month of October and is
due to the increase in the market value of several of the Company's key
holdings; in particular certain stocks purchased on the over-the-counter market
in Vietnam.
