Senior Management Change at

Vietnam Holding Asset Management, Ltd.

Vietnam Holding Limited (the 'Company') (AIM: VNH) today announces that Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tuong Vi, the Managing Director of its investment manager, Vietnam Holding Asset Management, Ltd. (VNHAM) has resigned for personal reasons, with effect from June 20, 2011. The Company fully respects this decision by Mrs. Vi. It thanks her for her considerable contributions over the last 5 years, and wishes her much future success.

A search for a replacement has begun. Until a new Managing Director has been appointed, the Board of VNHAM will become more directly involved in the management of VNHAM. Its Investment Committee, led by its Chairman and Board Vice-Chairman Mr. Jean-Christophe Ganz, will direct all investment decisions in relation to the fully invested VNH portfolio. Additionally, a designated senior member of the VNHAM staff will manage all necessary administrative matters with direct assistance from Mrs. Iris Fang, a Vietnam resident member of the VNHAM Board.  An announcement of the appointment of a permanent Managing Director will be made as soon as it is confirmed.
