a director of the Company, Min-Hwa Hu Kupfer, and an associate, jointly acquired
10,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each (the 'Ordinary Shares') at a price of $2.10
per share.



Following this share purchase, Min-Hwa Hu Kupfer and her associate hold 20,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.04 per cent. of the total voting rights of the
Company.
