The Company received notification on the 18 September 2013 that Professor Dr. Rolf Dubs, a Director of the Company, sold 5,000 warrants on 16 September 2013 at a price of USD 0.005 per warrant. Disclosure of this transaction was not made at the time due to an administrative error.

Professor Dr. Rolf Dubs holds no warrants following the expiry of the warrant final exercise date earlier this year and has a current beneficial interest in a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
