Dealings by Investment Manager Shareholder

The Company has today been notified that Pia Vontobel, a substantial shareholder of Vietnam Holding Asset Management Limited ("VNHAM"), the Company's investment manager, acquired 40,000 warrants to subscribe for new VNH ordinary shares at a price of US$1.998 per ordinary share ("Warrants") on 10 June 2016 at an average price of US$0.135 per Warrant.

Following the above purchase, Mrs. Vontobel is now beneficially interested in 157,172 VNH ordinary shares and 92,390 VNH Warrants.
