Adjournment of AGM


The directors of VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) announce that its annual
general meeting ('AGM'), due to be held at 10am EST Thursday, 28 December 2006,
as  previously announced in the RNS announcement of 1 December 2006, has been
adjourned. The AGM will now be held at 10am EST Friday, 29 December 2006 at the
offices of Charles Adams Ritchie & Duckworth, Zephyr House, 122 Mary Street,
George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1107, Cayman Islands.
