Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 9 June 2016, it purchased 236,542 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.09 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 55,135,911 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 11,190,782 Treasury Shares.
