Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 27 February 2014, it purchased 43,313 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$ 1.4575 per share. 

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 63,079,188 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 4,458,052 Treasury Shares.
