Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 18 December 2013, it purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$ 1.3025 per share. 

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 63,363,680 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 4,173,560 Treasury Shares.
