Acquisition and holding of shares as treasury stock

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 25th May 2012, it purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.08 per share.

Following settlement of the purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares and VNH will have 54,542,112 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue excluding the Treasury Shares.
