EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
At the extraordinary general meeting held this afternoon to consider the
proposed tender offer and the proposed long-term incentive plan the resolutions
were passed by shareholders.
The results of the Company's tender offer will be announced on Monday, 1
November 1999.
