Annual Report & Accounts 2013 and Notice of AGM

The Vitec Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts 2013. The following documents were mailed on Tuesday, 18 March 2014 to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:   

·      Annual Report & Accounts 2013

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting

·      Proxy Form

The Annual Report & Accounts 2013 and the Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Vitec website at www.vitecgroup.com.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Vitec's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Thursday, 8 May 2014 at Prince Philip House, 3 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5DG.
