DISCLOSURE OF MATERIAL INTEREST IN SHARES:

The Essex County Council Pension Fund is a limited partner in the Hermes UK 
Small Companies Focus Fund, which I understand has contacted you already, 
disclosing details of the holding listed below. As a limited partner the Essex 
County Council Pension Fund has an interest in these shares:

Shares:             2,056,234
%:                  4.992%

In addition to the above, the Essex County Council Pension Fund also invests in 
a UK Equity Index, via pooled vehicles managed by Legal & General Investment 
Management (LAG). The current value of the UK Equity Index Fund is £432m of 
which Vitec Group constitutes 0.01132% (approx £48,955). The underlying shares 
in these pooled vehicles are in the name of L&G's custodian, HSBC.
