Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)

The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 13 December 2012 William Kelly, husband to Maria Richter, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 4,381 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £6.364679 per share.

The Company was informed on 12 December 2012 that Maria Richter's beneficial interest in the Company through her husband's holding was actually 4,381 shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital. Due to a recording error, it had previously been disclosed that Maria Richter's beneficial interest in the Company was 4,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the sale, Maria Richter no longer has a holding of shares in the Company.
