EES Trustees International Limited, as trustee of the Vitec Group Employee Trust (ET), purchased 65,000 shares of The Vitec Group plc on 18 June 2010 at an average price of 418.27p per share in connection with the future exercise of incentive scheme awards.

The Executive Directors of The Vitec Group plc are included as potential beneficiaries under the ET and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.

Following these transactions, the ET holds 383,222 ordinary shares on which dividends are waived and are treated as non dilutive.
