For the purposes of DTR5.6.1R of the Transparency Directive, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 29 June 2018, the Company's capital consists of 86,131,368 ordinary 1p shares with each share carrying one vote. None of these shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Victrex plc as at 29 June 2018 is 86,131,368.
