Victoria PLC has today been informed that Fortress Finance Investment Inc. has
purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of the Company. Following the purchase,
Fortress Finance Investment Inc. now holds 495,000 Ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company representing approximately 7.13% of the issued ordinary
share capital.
