The Company has been notified of the following changes in substantial
shareholdings:

Fortress Finance Investment Inc disclosed on 5 April 2002 that it now holds
386,778 shares in the Company, representing 5.57% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.

Chelverton Growth Trust PLC (formerly The Micro Quoted Growth Trust) has today
disclosed that it has disposed of its entire interest in the Company's share
capital and therefore no longer holds a notifiable interest.
