Directors Shareholding

In connection with the Company's Long Service Award Scheme, on 18 February 2003
the Company purchased 250 Ordinary shares at 186.3p per share and immediately
gifted these shares to Alan Bullock.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Bullock has an interest in 28,750 Ordinary
shares, representing 0.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
