The Company announces that the Trustees of the Victoria Carpet Holdings Employee
Benefit Scheme ('the Scheme') have today sold to an institutional investor
134,453 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at 125p per share, being the
Trustees' entire holding of ordinary shares under the Scheme and representing
approximately 1.94% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.

As Trustees of the Scheme, the following Directors' non-beneficial shareholdings
have each been reduced by 134,453 ordinary shares and are now as follows:
