                            Notification of Interest


Brulines (Holdings) plc, the leading provider of volume and revenue protection
systems for draught alcoholic drinks in the UK Licensed on-trade, announces that
it has today received a notification under Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985
that Polar Capital Partners had decreased their interest in the Company to
634,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, representing 2.62% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
