Director Shareholding 

The Company has today been informed that James Dickson, Chief Executive of Brulines has today sold 665,00 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 150p per share. He now holds 3,611,618 Ordinary Shares representing 15.0 per cent. of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
