This Company has made the following replacement announcement for the release
sent at 8.35am today under the RNS number 9903C.


On 30 August 2007, the Company received notification that Robert Forrester, a
Director of the Company, purchased 22,250 ordinary 10p Shares in the Company at
a purchase price of 66p. Mr Forrester now holds 2,813,917 ordinary 10p shares of
the Company, representing 3.1 per cent of the issued shared capital. His wife
Mrs Helen Forrester owns 1,000,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company. Robert
Forrester now has a beneficial holding of 3,813,917 ordinary 10p shares of the
Company, representing 4.2 per cent of the issued share capital.
