Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, is pleased to confirm the 202 2 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has now been posted to shareholders and is available to download from the investor relations section of the Company's website at www.versarien.com .
The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 30 September 2022 at Gloucester Rugby, Kingsholm Stadium, Kingsholm Road, Kingsholm, Gloucester, GL1 3AX.
