Velosi (AIM: VELO) received notification on 7 October 2008 from The Throgmorton Trust PLC that, following the disposal of 250,000 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 2 October 2008, The Throgmorton Trust PLC no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.
