Grant of Options

Velosi announces that on 19 May 2009 the board of the Company approved the grant of options over 400,000 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Directors, pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme. The options were granted as follows:

The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time from the third up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at a price of 65.5 pence per share.

The board has also granted a further 990,000 options over Ordinary Shares to employees of the Company, exercisable on the same terms as above.
