                              Total Voting Rights


Following the placing on 13th July 2007 of 3,225,807 ordinary shares of 1p each
('Ordinary Shares') with various funds managed by Pioneer Investments, a trading
name of the Pioneer Global Asset Management S.P.A group of companies, the
Company's issued share capital now comprises 40,566,990 Ordinary Shares with
voting rights.


No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.


The voting rights of all of the Ordinary Shares are identical.


The figure above (40,566,990 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Oxford
Catalysts, under the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
