IBNet plc - Appointment of Director

IBNet plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael
Phillip Atkinson, aged 38, to the Board.  He takes up the
role of Sales Director from the 1st November 2000.

Mr. Atkinson is currently a partner of The St. James Place
Partnership.
