African Consolidated Resources plc. the Zimbabwe focused mineral exploration
company announces that Ian Fisher has resigned as a Non Executive Director of
the Company with effect from 31 March 2008.



The Board would like to thank Mr Fisher for his contribution to the Company
during his tenure both as a non-executive director and previously as Chairman.
The Board in particular recognises the important role Mr Fisher played in the
formative years of the Company and in the Company's admission to AIM in June
2006.
